HORRIBLE customer service. We hired them to do some work on a material washer. They required us to pre-pay around \$1000 on a quote that was hourly before they would do the work. I was hesitant but prepaid in order to get the work done for my customer. I paid them on October 18, 2011 and the work was NEVER done. I called and emailed numerous times to get an update and finally got a response on November 16 that the work had not been completed but should be completed the following week.
