Had a consultation with the team leader a month prior to my appointment. My hair was supposed to be brown all over with navy blue highlights. My hair came out pitch black and you can't see the highlights. After I got home I called the salon and spoke with the team leader, she offered for me to come back in for a clarifying shampoo or that they would provide me with a clarifying shampoo. Fantastic customer service, beautiful store, plenty of talent
Jessa does a fantastic job with my natural curly hair. I always get lots of compliments on my color when I’m out & about. All the girls are super friendly & make me feel warm & welcome. If I have to call in & make a last minute appointment & if Jessa is booked I know that any of the other girls will do a great job!! I definitely recommend Prodigy Salon!!
