I was referred to this office after my visit to the emergency room. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks, but I’ve left multiple messages and still haven’t received a return call. This experience has been very unprofessional, and I have not received any customer service or assistance.
I haven’t seen the doctor, so this review is about the office. I was referred in January and had to call multiple times before getting an appointment nearly 50 days out. When I finally went in, they only collected my information and sent me home without any evaluation or treatment, nurse hardly took her eyes out of iPad when asking question.
