The worst Gastro ever no answer phones no call backs rude as ever I call every day no answer to front desk at all they suck…
As many others have said, there is absolutely no reason to patronize this business, as they clearly have no concern for their medical needs. I was referred to them last November, and had to actually drive 18 miles to walk in....twice (the first time the door was locked at 2:30 on a Tuesday) and was finally able to make an appointment, only to have it cancelled the day before. Please do not go to this office. They will never answer your calls and do not call you back when you leave a voicemail. They don’t care. My husband finally got in for an appointment and was dismissed. He has some very concerning symptoms and the dr just told him to change his diet. No testing, no new approaches. Nothing. It’s a waste of your time and now he has to find a new dr who will actually do his job and not put patients at risk by not listening to their concerns. Zero stars for communication, we’ve been calling this office to schedule an appointment for over a week, 5x a day, emailed twice now. No response. If your office isn’t accepting new patients or on holiday, you could at the very least set up an auto message stating so. A medical practice should prioritize patients, not silence them. Ignoring repeated calls and emails shows a complete lack of professionalism and concern for patient care. This isn’t just poor service, it’s dismissive of people seeking medical help.
No one answers the phone and they even blocked my number I've been trying to make an appointment as soon as possible for my stomach pain
