Zero stars for communication, we’ve been calling this office to schedule an appointment for over a week, 5x a day, emailed twice now. No response. If your office isn’t accepting new patients or on holiday, you could at the very least set up an auto message stating so. A medical practice should prioritize patients, not silence them. Ignoring repeated calls and emails shows a complete lack of professionalism and concern for patient care. This isn’t just poor service, it’s dismissive of people seeking medical help.

Horrible! They have several employees standing around not even acknowledging me. 1st off I've called the office 50+ times/20 voicemails and even messaged them on their website. I had to drive 20 minutes to the office to get my questions answered. Literally 7 to 10 girls standing around. I hate the fact I have to deal with these absolute worthless human beings that have no other thing to do but ignore every communication outlet and ignore me to my face with attitude once I voiced my concerns to the while office. The worst experience are a doctor's office I have ever had. My appointment was at 9am. It took twenty minutes to find a parking spot.I was in the office for two hours before I was even seen! Dr. Javadi must have scheduled 20 patients for 9am. This doctor had poor customer service skills and poor time management skills. She was curt and flippant: telling me I could just go somewhere else.
