Chilly did an awesome job covering up some work. I gave him an idea and he ran with it. He knows what he’s doing for sure. Love the free hand work he did on the add on. I will be back for sure to get the inside of my bicep done, and another on my forearm before I move out of enterprise. Hard to find a good artist with some amazing skills and dedication for his work.
