Chilly was an amazing artist who took his time and designed a tattoo after I called him on the phone and gave him an idea of what I wanted. The result of his design was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Chilly. I have had many compliments on my Mama Bear tattoo and I can't thank Chilly enough for his time and the awesome work.
