Can't give a no star rating. Lived in a Prodesse West Sunnyvale unit for years; upper manager that oversees property managers is unprofessional and doesn't know how to start a professional conversation. Some property managers are being trained, not aware of rental codes/laws. During COVID-Santa Clara County SIP orders (March 2020), room mate defied county health order, complex manager and Sunnyvale Police did nothing. Prodesse was unaware of enforcement codes and laws.
