I really like Dr.Salma Elkady she really is concern about managing my pain. I have neck problems and they help to make sure I'm comfortable as possible. She ask me if I'm ok many times. And if needed we do things slower. They have always been friendly to me.
I've had great experiences at Prodental. I came in not having been to the Dentist in a while and with some problems. Dr. Elkady and her assistants, shoutout to Haley and co., are great and very thorough in their work and I appreciate that very much! Denise at the front was very helpful and accommodating!
Besides being coaxed into having unnecessary sealants done, I was treated poorly and disrespectfully by the check-out staff the last time I was there. I stopped going there a couple years ago, but my husband kept going. (Un)fortunately, due to his negative experience with an over-charged sneaky bill recently, he will be switching to my current dentist - whose office staff is nice and has never tried even a bit to sell me procedures/services that I don't need.
Nothing "Pro" about this place. The dentist treated my son very poorly, unprofessional, and rudest we have ever been treated in any facility
left from getting my teeth cleaned, got out to my car and looked in the mirror and still had stuff on the back sides of the top and bottom of my teeth.... I went right back into the office and was totally bushed off.. The lady at the deck looked at my teeth and said well its stains on your teeth... HELLO thats the whole reason why you get a cleaning.... I should have gotten a good cleaning like I have several times before... What a joke!
Dr elkady is an amazing dentist I had two fillings on the 24th I've always been afraid of the dentist but she is a tooth goddess I didn't feel any pain what so ever she and the dental assistant made me feel totally comfortable with my experience so the next time I go in for my next fillings I will be much more at ease.
Little problem with the lab but very professional, came in and apologized for the inconvenience. Dr. Elkaty was excellent in my extraction. I've had many bad experiences with dentists and I'm happy to say this was not one. Will be coming back.
This was my second trip to Pro Dental. Both times, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Will not be going back!
