I was surprised! I had a question on one of their valves called and somebody answered the phone. I did not get the gentleman's name but he was very helpful. I have experience with plumbing but just had a few questions on the valve. I bought a 10 pack of shut off valves 5 years ago and installed many and they are no problem and working I just forgot and had a question. I have never written an online review before, but I had to for Procuru Plumbing and Electric Wholesale. If I could give 6 stars I would. I recently had my tankless water heater go out and we decided to relocate the unit, which ended up being a pretty big job. I was given a bunch of quotes from some large plumbing suppliers that seemed way to high. I had an issues with my Insinkerator garbage disposer I called Procuru and spoke to Jason he went over an above to help me with the issue. In today’s crazy world it’s so nice to find a company and people that that still truly care about their customers Thank you Procuru for being an AMAZING company and thank you Jason for CARING A++++++++++
