I had an issue with my 2024 Outback which I purchased at Proctor Subaru. I reached out and within a couple days my vehicle was in the shop. My loaner car was ready and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Fast forward to today when I picked up my car, they had it parked up front, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great group of people, I truly appreciate their great service. Subaru for life.
Horrible experience! I travel to Tallahasse from Columbus, GA & Auburn AL area 3 days a week. The following week of February 3rd, My Subaru had a recall on the upper oil pan and I took it to my regular Subaru. It was going to take a couple of days because they had to take out the engine to get to the upper pan. I got my car back Monday and had a problem but that is not this Subaru's complaint. I am so grateful for the care my vehicle received here at Proctor Subaru. Communication with my service advisor Tony was 10/10 and despite being a very busy service center, they were very fast at repairing my vehicle and having it ready to return to me. Excellent service!!
Great service. Two people waited on me immediately and got my part, a new phone holder. And I had a 20% off coupon. Yay.
