Super service job! A bit longer than expected but the service was excellent. Just wish I had known that it was going to be double the time I was told. I had planned for a half hour longer due to the lunch hour time slot but if I had known there was a delay, I would have planned better.
Took our vehicle in for repairs and they stayed in constant constant and were very responsive. They had our vehicle for several days and provided us with a loaner vehicle while ours was there.
What a pleasure it was working with Will and Ron on leasing our new Subaru Outback...Number 4 Subaru for us! Proctor Subaru is the best!!
Left debris, grime, grease in the car, as well as permanent scuffs/scratches on interior paneling/trim of my Subaru after I brought it in. Absolutely careless and shameful behavior by their techs.
