My interaction with the Proctor Subaru service has been awful I have experienced the same issue with my 2019 BRZ for the past three service calls. I received a recall in 2021 for the fuel pump. When I returned the vehicle for gas fumes I was told I did not know how to use the gas cap. However, it was acknowledged that little was known about the BRZ model. RecommendedSo incredibly accommodating and helpful. This is my second Subaru from Proctor in 3 years for my two youngest sons. Cannot begin to say enough nice things about this dealership. While the sales side is, as you would expect, incredibly friendly, it’s their service department that has kept me happy for these last 3 years. Every aspect of our experience with Proctor has been over the top great.
