First of all, when a customer comes in for help, it would be nice they got actual help rather than sending the customer off to look for project masonry materials. I am no expert, that is their job and that is why I went there. Secondly, it would be nice if when there is an issue they responded in a more positive manner and were helpful. All this place cares about is your $$$. Not the customer.
Sent our snowblower to them to fix chute got back not fixed they came picked up again and returned still not fixed and now auger doesn't work . Was told not there problem. So I would think twice before sending your small engine repairs to them .
The prices are unmatched. Free delivery within a reasonable distance.
Best place to get rocks if you are into painting them. Very friendly staff! Bring the manager one, he will appreciate it! I travel from Chelmsford a few times a year!
I ordered playground wood chips and they are the best I have ever bought. Everyone is so nice! I'll be getting more next year.
