Very attentive staff, listened to what I wanted, worked within my budget, and I left with a new car without all of the sales games. Review would be 5 stars except the vehicle prep was severely lacking. To Proctor's credit, they did offer to come to my house, pick up the car, detail it, and return it to me. I declined and detailed it myself. Overall, still happy with my purchase experience.
