Attention Truckers: This place as a long wait for checking in at the gate if there's alot of trucks in front of you. Reason being is due to laziness and slow moving pace from the staff and sometimes the staff will take cigarette breaks even with trucks waiting in line. Before you place yourself in the truck line make sure to slide your tandems to the rear. If you have a thick metal seal when delivering, tell the staff so they can give you bolt cutters. People at guard shack are very nice, professional and very helpful. I only did trailer switches, so can’t comment on live load or unload staff.
Avoid them if you can.i had a load to deliver by 3:00 pm.i came at 3:00 pm there were 5 trucks ahead me for check in so it took 20 minutes to get at guard shack i present my paperwork she said you are late they left at 3:00 pm you need to come back in morning.not legit🤷
