If you’re picking up or delivering a load and there’s a storm, get ready to wait until the storm has passed because they will not operate if there’s a storm going on. It’s currently raining but no lightning and I said “well it’s going to rain until 4am”. Mind you, it’s 10pm and they said it’s not the rain. It’s the lightning. There were lightning but not severe now there’s no lightning going on but only rain they still won’t operate 🤦♂️
Absolutely horrible I'm only giving it one star to enable my comment. I got there was told my load wasn't ready because they had no empties and I was third order. So dropping my empty went to the first order and at 4 to 6 hours a trailer well you can see why this is horrible
I made two times drop&hook from this place before and both times was fine got out in an hour but today i am waiting for 8 hours now for preloaded trailer and they don’t call you when it is ready i have to check in every 2 hours and every timeframe they gave me was false . I will never come back to here .
