Dr. Boca has been amazing but the entire experience has been very upsetting. When someone is already having issues conceiving the last thing you should have to deal with is unprofessionalism, being charged twice, hung up on without warning on several occasions, placed on hold without being notified, and lastly not being given the opportunity to explore an accurate treatment plan start to finish. I had a wonderful experience at Procreate Fertility Clinic. The practitioner was extremely warm, kind, and attentive, taking the time to listen to and address all of my concerns. Her bedside manner was excellent, and I truly felt cared for during my appointment. Highly recommend!
This was my first time going to a gynecologist and I was terrified. I was prepared to have to fight to be taken seriously and to be rushed out with little results. My doctor actually listened to me when I told her about my fear and how bad my cycle is. She immediately explained what could be causing my symptoms and gave me a list of options that could help me.
