Called to inquire for information and the process of using their cryobank for future uses but the after hours operators were horrible at listening to what my comments, questions and concerns were. The first operator didn't seem to understand anything I said and I even heard a smirk from her tone about what I was inquiring about and then she passed me onto another operator and she was supposed to pass me onto another department for answers.
