I didn’t want to write this review but I have no other choice because this company lacks communication and integrity. I will say the customer service at the beginning was great. I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. Prompt and professional service They have been servicing my business few several years now
Amazing customer service. They responded right away to my phone call 10 years ago when we had a massive ant invasion in our newly built home. They took care of our problem quickly and we’ve had them treat our property ever since. Absolutely no complaints! They are the best!
Procraft Pest Control was very accommodating on short notice in scheduling an evaluation of our service needs. We are extremely pleased with its service and look forward to the next treatment at our house.
