I wouldn't even give them a single star. I ran over porcupines in a dark and remote location, reported it to the police, and the insurance company upon seeing pictures of porcupine thornes told me I was at no fault. The two sides of my front bumper was hanging from the car. They told me they'd call me that day or the next day with an estimate. They never called or contacted.
