Complete lack of Integrity. Technician Sam was trying to undercut another local Carpet Cleaning Company and promised to clean my carpets for free the next time if I sent him the invoice showing that I really was only charged $205 for the services Carrington Carpet Care provided. I did so in February, never heard back and have called back the past few days. Finally got a hold of the manager Dave and (abridged version) he said I was ridiculous and hung up on me. Somehow this customer got to the conclusion that if the receipt from the other company will be shown to us, we should not only match or beat the price from the previous cleaning, but to provide FREE carpet cleaning for the entire house. Our technicians never promised it, otherwise we would not be a business anymore. We are actually interested if it ever worked for any other company who dealt with this customer.

We had Proclean one week ago and they cleaned our ducts and carpets. We are absolutely satisfied with the results, guys were very professional and we liked their respectful attitude to us and our house. Carpet looks amazing now.
This company is the worst as they came into my home and blew out the vents I had a bigger mess than when they started. I had more cleaning than before. They also did damage to my wall and they damaged grout in the bathroom they didn't clean a vent in the other bathroom. I called left a message no one called back said I never left a message. Sorry I scheduled with this company. Never showed up for the appointment, claimed they called but they had the wrong number...they have my email address as well as my address and phone number. Waited around for them, once it was close to the timeframe I was given I called and they were rude and claimed their vehicle broke down so they couldn't come for a month. Terrible service terrible company.

It was our fault, two of our trucks broke down at the same time and we did explained to the customer, apologized several times, now all the trucks are fixed
These guys are scammers..Their coupon advertised a fixed rate to have the air ducts cleaned for a 2 bedroom. Upon arrival the technician indicated that since there was a utility room the price would be significantly more. Every review I have read about these guys fits the same pattern..the bait and switch. Don't use these people

This customer forgot to mention all the details, when tech arrived and inspected the house, the customer was asked if he wanted to proceed with the service since we are counting additional room that is in the house as a bedroom and there is a price change from 149.99 to 199.99. All of this is described on our coupon, that 2 bedroom houses are 149.99 and 3 bedroom houses are 199.99. Then the customer without any hesitation said yes, and the cleaning was done. We found a coupon in the mail and call them. The coupon should be $199 for all the vents dryer vent and returns. Their guys did a poorly job on the air duct cleaning. They skipped some vents and returns in the house intentionally. Also they damaged my furniture and pretending nothing happened. This is the worst service I ever had !!!

We would be glad to send a technician to inspect and if needed to reclean the system. Customer did not try to contact the our company, which is surprising. And what is more, when somebody is saying that our techs INTENTIONALLY skipped some vents, they would need do explain the intent. Is the intent to come back and reclean, 'cos it's pretty obvious if the vent or return was missed and You are not saving time, but doubling and tripling it
