Alex was great. He was prompt and the cleaning was thorough and completed in a very reasonable amount of time. He took the time to explain the cleaning process, the challenges presented with our particular cleaning scenario, and what to expect post cleaning. ProClean is a great value compared to their competitors - I received a better cleaning service for less money than a lesser service would have cost with another national competitor.

We loved these guys, they came to clean our ducts and we want to say special thanks to Sam, he was on time, professional and friendly. Ducts are clean and we will call them in about 3 years as they recommended.

Working with this company was great. Their website gives a lot of information and helps debunk some the ‘discount companies’ which I greatly appreciated when I was doing my research. They walked me through the process over the phone to make sure everything was clear. They came EXACTLY when they said they were going to, which I was very grateful for. The technician was friendly and worked efficiently, even taking care of my baby’s room first so that he would be out of the way for her nap. Great service!

I took a day off work to get carpets cleaned with Pro Clean. The carpet cleaner was 40 minutes late. I showed him the house, and he was very arrogant. All furniture had been moved, except two items that were too heavy for me. He said they won't move anything, he will clean around. He then said a credit card would cost me 4 percent more! Then he said he didn't think he could do the job because water was in back. I had to tell him to use hose over fence, like others in the past. He continued with his arrogant, lazy attitude.
