With the first order i ordered from Proclamation, it was great. I got the order within 2 days, as promised. Since the only options for delivery that I see are one day and 2 day shipping. I just ordered my second product from you guys. I chose the one day delivery. A birthday gift for my bf. I recently brought a silver chain with the lion clasp option for around $400 delivered to my door. The chain I recieved is worth about $200 at the most. The lion clasp was nonexistent and I've recieved zero answers from customer support for 2 business days after 2 emails/notifications to the jelewry store. I've made jelewry in my life and could make these chains if i wanted to myself. If this issue is not resolved I most likely will not, nor could not recommend this jelewry. After a little delay and speaking with customer service, I can say i am more than happy with my piece from them the craftsmanship and attention to details is amazing. i will admit they went above and beyond to make sure i got my piece and was happy with them, which i will say i am very happy. The photo has my thicker 12mm chain for size comparison.
