Didn’t Honor their warranty! Made me pay $80 for round trip shipping. The shipping label never came. I called them to see what was going on. They apologized for the delay but I said I just want my money back at this point. That was 4 months ago!! Still no money.
*READ ENTIRE REVIEW* I ordered the ST Christopher pendant 14k yellow gold. Upon arrival the pendant was really botched. It had a sizable Knick in it, the circle design wasn’t symmetrical, and the letters inscribed were bubbly and uneven. I was really upset and immediately contacted them minutes after unboxing. I wanted to get my two boys a chain and pendant to wear something that has significant meaning… After searching for a long time, I came across proclamation, specifically the David and Goliath pendant. I am so happy with this purchase the communication and the shipping was amazing and the packaging is absolutely incredible ... read more
With the first order i ordered from Proclamation, it was great. I got the order within 2 days, as promised. Since the only options for delivery that I see are one day and 2 day shipping. I asked if they can change the delivery address to a different one since we left out of town for my bfs birthday and I wanted to give him his ... read more
I recently brought a silver chain with the lion clasp option for around $400 delivered to my door. The chain I recieved is worth about $200 at the most. The lion clasp was nonexistent and I've recieved zero answers from customer support for 2 business days after 2 emails/notifications to the jelewry store. I've made jelewry in my life and could make these chains if i wanted to myself. If this issue is not resolved I most likely will not, nor could not recommend this jelewry. Sell all the gold and platinum you want. Bad peopl... read more
