After a little delay and speaking with customer service, I can say i am more than happy with my piece from them the craftsmanship and attention to details is amazing. i will admit they went above and beyond to make sure i got my piece and was happy with them, which i will say i am very happy. The photo has my thicker 12mm chain for size comparison.
