Management is HORRIBLE and NEVER has your back in any situation. They will either turn a blind eye or take the Hospital’s side even if you have been unfairly mistreated or bullied by staff. They only care about the MONEY not at all about YOU... Stay away!!!
I had worked for ProCare One several years ago as a per diem nurse. Now I picked up a travel assignment and am very happy with my assignment and the pay. Gina is awesome to work with and worked diligently to get my signed up and working in my home state of California as I am currently living in India.
My new place of full time employment as a Per Diem RN. Eric, Leilani, Jimmy and the whole staff work hard to keep us working as per diem or full contract nurses. I am glad to be a part of this organization!
