The doctors and nurse practitioners are good but the people answering the phones are very unprofessional and do not get you what's needed when you need it

If I could give this a rating of negative stars, I would because while the doctors do care, their staff surely does not. Anytime they have to do "real work," other than just answering the phone, you get absolutely no help. I needed a confirmation for an appointment to give my employer, and they weren't even willing to fax, email, or text me a confirmation at the time I made the appointment.
