I scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance and even called twice to confirm. At the last minute, they canceled on me with no proper explanation. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this place
I want to warn anyone how valuable your name is. Procare on capitol drive allowed for someone to walk in at this clinic and use my name was not asked to show no type of identification on September 28,2012 I basically have to prove this was not me and I have. And I’m still yet to get a letter of apology. I’ve reached out left email still no apology. Just cold silence only people who’s guilty remain quiet I pray this reaches the CEO . Because I’m not going away until this matter is resolved respectfully.
ZERO stars really. It is impossible to get a hold of the team member, being constantly transferred from location to another. Why bother asking what the call is in regard of if they are not going to address the issue and just transfer you around, then hang up on you? Worst customer service from a clinic ever.
THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CLINIC! Horrible communication! Never get your Immigration physical exam. Go to a clinic that is highly professional.
