The customer service at this facility is extremely unsatisfactory. It is, without a doubt, the worst I have experienced in a very long time. I have been a patient at this clinic since it was part of Aurora Sinai, and I have never encountered such a high level of rudeness from the call center staff. The staff is not helpful. They have poor service.
Worst Doctors office ever. My aunt went in for an appointment and had COVID but was never tested. She has since passed away. I also deal with this office professionally. Paperwork takes weeks to come back, sometimes more than a month. When you call the foreign gentlemen answering the phones would rather talk to each other than the person on the phone that needs help. Have very bad experience here. Doctors seem have less than standard knowledge. Their communication is horrible. I went throu the 1 star reviews and seem they are all correct.
