Disorganized, bills often wrong, horrible customer service, rude.
Completely incompetent, I have waited three weeks only to have to do the leg work for them and still don’t have an answer when I’ll be getting my equipment. Get a different person every time I call and won’t let me speak to a manager. People depend on the service you provide it’s bad enough we have to wait for insurance companies and dr’s but you want to add three weeks of suffering to it because it was too much work to follow up even with me asking and checking with them repeatedly. Horrible customer service. Shame on you.

I have called and complained about supplies n told they would call me back never got a call in a week or so, I called again complaining still waiting for staff to return my call n replace an order still never got a phone call back.. n now calling again.. PROCARE YOU SUCK AT THIS TIME
