I went to Wernecke elementary today after work at 5:40pm for an immunization clinic Procare health services was supposed to be holding for Sharyland students and was told by the schools office staff that they left at 5:15 without telling anyone (immunization clinic was from 330 to 6pm). It is VERY unprofessional to give info like that out and then decide to leave whenever you feel like it.
The staff at ProCare is unlike any other; they go above and beyond for their patients! The clinic is clean and neat and they'll have you in and out quickly. Highly recommend ProCare Health Services. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
The best place I've been to for not only my children but myself as well. I have a 19 yr old Autistic son who cannot handle waiting long period of times or needles, no worries with Procare, I advised them of the issues and they helped him get through it in less than 10 minutes. Staff is extremely friendly and professional, facility is amazing. And they even accommodated my schedule needs to be seen on a Saturday. Thank you Procare!!!
I have to say this place is awesome!!! I was literally there 10min and got my vaccinations 😃 I highly recommend this place and the staff was great they even took into consideration that I'm not a needle person 😢😬and made it as pain free as possible. Maybe next time I get a lollipop 🍭 for not crying 😃Great job keep it up!
Very unsanitary office & the staff is very unprofessional. The nurse got mad when asked to put gloves on befor giving immunizations to my child. The office manager Mike Ochoa is extremely unprofessional & has no customer service skills.
