The one receptionist there is very rude & disrespectful of senior patients, who have been coming to this clinic for years.
Went in as a walk in to see a doctor, ended up getting the physician assistant named YU Wang, she was being rude, interrupting during explanations, and down right insulting. It felt like I was being scolded for being sick. Highly unprofessional and downright unpleasant.
I went to this clinic first time on April 26th. The receptionist were nice. The place is well cleaned and maintained. The pharmacy is in the same building so you can grab your medicines on the go. I waited about 30 minutes in the waiting area and 30 minutes inside the room. Yu Yang came in a rush as it was busy, she asked my issue and prescribed to me pretty quick. My issue was the waiting part. If we have to wait 30 minutes for the doctor then why can't we just wait outside in the "waiting area"? Overall it was an "ok" expe... read more
The clinic is very good, the doctors are good too, and the services are good as well, but this is less than what is available and offered there.
