I just picked up my car yesterday and had to comment on my experience! My new car was only 9 months when someone hit me:( The shop was personable and professional from start to finish. My car looks amazing. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done. The Insurance company was very pushy & wanted me to use there preferred body shop, but I was referred by a friend to Procare! Never going elsewhere! Thanks to all!
Pro Care is, simply, the best body shop in Omaha! They have worked on 4 of our families' cars and have done an excellent job on them all! The latest was an older jeep, and they treated it like it was a brand new Porsche! The attention to detail, quality workmanship, and awesome customer service makes it easy to recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks Scott and Kim for being such great people, it's a pleasure to work with a family oriented small business!
I met Kim as a colleague, while she was doing some marketing for the shop. Soon after we had a incident with a vehicle in our office. We reached out to Pro Care and Kim and the team there promptly took care of everything for us on the incident. I feel that I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants to work with a hardworking, loyal business to handle any repairs that they might need.
They did a good job on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Brought my car in there on a Monday and they had it finished by Wednesday. Very quick and efficient. The people who work there are also very nice and friendly. They want to make sure you are happy with your car once they have finished working on. I would recommend going here.

Procare repaired 3 vehicles for our business. They handled everything with the insurance company and even picked up and dropped off the trucks at our shop! When we found a small issue on one of them, they were more than willing to make it right. Great people!
