Went in this morning to have a quote put together on my car for some minor work. They came out and saw that it was fixable while I was there and fixed it right there in the parking lot. Extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and communication throughout the process. It was super easy to arrange for Enterprise to pick me up at their shop and I dropped the rental off later at the shop. They even sent my car next door for an oil change. After some idiot hit my car on the interstate Pro Care made my car look brand new! I would definitely recommend this collision center so everyone.
I took one of my company trucks into Pro Care on a Tuesday afternoon (after 3pm). Scott told me he would have my truck back to me within 2 days and he did just that. The estimate was just what they said it would be, the work completed was high quality, and I picked my truck up that Thursday extremely satisfied.
