A few months ago we had a brand new roof installed by PROBUILTCO. The process began with a meeting with William Asher, president of PROBUILT. Mr. Asher used his expertise to advise us that, in fact, our roof needed to be replaced due to excessive hail damage. Subsequently he successfully guided through he next steps: working with our insurance company to insure that we were covered; bringing in his crew in a timely fashion and being a presence while the work was being done.
