He is a great trainer and always adds new things to keep it fun and challenging and as long as you practice a a few minutes at home you will progress very quickly.
Nice facility with a great coach. Gives an equal amount of correction and encouragement which i really appreciate
Coach Troy is the real deal, very knowledgeable and is a master at his craft. I highly highly recommend coach Troy to anyone who wants to take that leap and get into martial arts wether you’ve never thrown a punch before or even have experience. I promise you won’t regret it. 10/10!
