Coach Troy is the real deal. I started boxing mainly for fitness and self defense, and from day one he’s been patient, knowledgeable, and focused on actually teaching me the fundamentals. I've wanted to try MMA for a long time, but I never really took the leap. Funny enough, my husband found Coach Troy while we were looking for boxing classes for our nephew, and we eventually decided to try it out ourselves and see if it was for us. Troy is a good coach from footwork to hands all of his advice and training is definitely worth the price and occasional insults. Wouldn’t want to try with anyone else
