Coach Troy is the real deal, very knowledgeable and is a master at his craft. I highly highly recommend coach Troy to anyone who wants to take that leap and get into martial arts wether you’ve never thrown a punch before or even have experience. I promise you won’t regret it. 10/10!
Coach troy is G! Lots of 1:1 help and been training people for years
I took kickboxing lessons for about 2 months over the summer here. Coach Troy G is a great teacher and very chill guy. When I first started he didn’t make me feel bad for it knowing things and was very encouraging. I’ve seen so much improvement in my form, his classes are so worth it! It’s also very clean inside!!!
