Terrible lawn service, but their customer service is worse. I used Problem Solved from April of last year until January of 2019. My lawn, trees and shrubs never looked good and I had the manager out several times. By January, I was ready to replace them, but gave them one more chance., Eric, a manager, came out on Jan. 23rd and agreed that the yard did not look good and said he would send someone out for a free treatment.
