We utilize Problem Solved for our lawn care and tree service. They have been excellent with communication for services and minor issues that have arisen. We recently needed to speak with them about an issue and they immediately got back to us. Frank came out the next day, observed what i had called for and spoke with me about the issue at length. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. They have provided us with reliable service and we would not hesitate to recommend them for your lawn and tree service needs.
We hired this company about two years ago right after our lawn was sodded with new grass. The turf is watered three times per week, so it gets lots of water. Yet, in two years Problem Solved has managed to kill large areas of the lawn, and is unable to control the insects. Look elsewhere for a reliable company.

Although it was my first visit it seemed to go well. The tech (Dillon) appeared to know what he was doing and was personable.
I hired them to treat my grass for weeds, I wasn't happy so i tried to cancel my service. Frank the manager insisted he pay a visit to see what the issue was. He said oh you have nutsedge we'll treat for it on the next visit. a couple weeks after the final visit my yard was still full of weeds. I did not pay the final bill after sending emailed pictures of my yard and the massive amount of weeds. Now they have a collections company sending me letters.
