I wanted to compliment office manager Jonathan Wiggin and receptionist Victoria. Their interaction made me feel valued as a customer. I appreciate their time and effort in resolving a misunderstanding today. Because of their customer service and professional behavior over the phone, I renewed my contract with the company for another year. I have had great service with this company for the past year and look forward to another year with them servicing my house.

Over charge and do not fix issues when they come up. I pay $950 per year for bugs, lawn and trees to be treated. I call them and tell them I have a millipede problem and they tell me millipedes are not covered under bug service and I need to pay $100 more for that service. VERY FRUSTRATING. $950 per year is not enough? I’m done here.

We utilize Problem Solved for our lawn care and tree service. They have been excellent with communication for services and minor issues that have arisen. We recently needed to speak with them about an issue and they immediately got back to us. Frank came out the next day, observed what i had called for and spoke with me about the issue at length. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. They have provided us with reliable service and we would not hesitate to recommend them for your lawn and tree service needs.

We hired this company about two years ago right after our lawn was sodded with new grass. The turf is watered three times per week, so it gets lots of water. Yet, in two years Problem Solved has managed to kill large areas of the lawn, and is unable to control the insects. Look elsewhere for a reliable company.
