Everything went smooth and Anni was great to work with
I had a great experience with property pals they bought my fire damaged property and helped with the probate, also very polite and patient and was very easy to work with and prepared.
This Company GOT ME, A BUNCH OF LIES AND THEY HAD A WHOLE LOT OF AGENTS AND THEY PROMISED ME IT WOULD NOT TAKE LONG FOR THE PROCESS! I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND NOW MY LIFE IS ABOUT TO BE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN!!!
Matt was extremely helpful we went over everything about my property and he was able to get me a really good price for my house The entire process took about 50 - 60 days and I didnt really have to do anything they even helped me set up the moving company We closed in their office and Annie & Nick were super nice Overall if you are trying to avoid paying a realtor and having to like fix up your place and just want to get it over with quickly I think Property Pals is the best option
