My complaint is that I found a better offer from a buyer that was willing to pay more than the offer from PPP. They buyer threaten me saying he will put a lean on my dads property if I don't sell to him. I haven't even taken any money from these guys and he threatened to put a lean on a property they don't even own yet. Are you serious. That make me not to trust them at all. Even when it comes to closing the deal.
BEWARE! I'm giving 1 star only because I can't leave no stars.We were told at contract signing we could move up the 90 day close if we wanted. A week later I requested just that. After dragging us along for 2 months while looking us in the eye telling us there was nothing to worry about they showed up 6 days before we moved to tell us they were lowering their offer so I requested moving the closing be moved up from the 4 weeks left. I worked with Jason Giles on the sale of my distressed condo in Hollywood, Florida. He was the most polite and helpful person to deal with and we had no issues from start to finish with the process. He and his team took a huge load off our shoulders in moving this property.
This company has a different address as of 2021.
Where do I begin? June, a representative came to my home to inspect and possibly purchase my home. Regardless of the many attempts of trying to only offer me a much lower price for my home, I firmly denied all nurmbers significantly lower than the price. Super shady company
This is a shady wholesaler that pretends to buy your property - while pretending that they already own it (when trying to sell it, before ever owning it). There's at least one racist running the company and they constantly lie to people. I'd never recommend working with this company, seeing as they treat people like crap. The 1-star review tell it all
