This is the best place I have ever received physical therapy. It makes my day when I get to converse with Lori at the front desk every time I walk in. Karl, Dana, Casey, and Ryan are the dream team here and all play a significant role in recovery and rehabilitation. They are friendly, fun, personable, caring, supportive and definitely know what they are doing. All of the staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I made life changing progress here! Came in with high anxiety and a lot of trauma to work through in order to make the progress I needed to, and it wouldn't have been possible to do that without these sweet, amazing women. Any time I needed to cancel or reschedule I was given so much compassion and they always made it work for me. I truly appreciate everyone that works here so much and HIGHLY recommend probility pinckney.
