The doctor actually listens to you! He helped me when concentra wasnt listening, but everytime I come here it's always an hr wait. If you dont mind the wait they help.
I had a really smooth and easy experience getting my physical done here. The staff was professional and efficient, but the person who really went above and beyond was Lisset. She was super friendly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and took the time to answer all my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and goes the extra mile to make the process stress-free. If you need a physical or any other service, I definitely recommend this place.
Worst CS ever…
Very slow. All I came here for was a simple drug test. The receptionist was rude and quite short with me. Waited for over an hour to be seen.
I have been going to Proactive Work Health services office in Garden Grove for my work injury. They are a busy office, but Doctors are thorough, informative and helpful. Dr. Rony Medina and Dr. Capeloto are very thorough and experienced. Both have helped me with my work comp injury, treatment and care throughout this process. Front desk office staff and office manager are helpful and do a great job juggling a busy office. I would recommend this office.
