Starting from when you walk in the door, the service is great!! Everyone is always smiling and friendly at the desk. Rarely do I have to ever wait more than a few minutes. They put extra effort to make sure they are prompt for appointments. Doctor Brandon has continually gone out of his way to make sure I get the service I need. My wife and 2 of my kids come here as well. Our whole family loves coming to this office!!
I've gone to a chiropractor most of my adult life. My dad has gone to that same chiropractor for over 20 years. Last night I went to ProActive for the first time. In 1 visit, I am more comfortable with, and trust them more, than the doctor I've known most of my life. Brandon is truly focused in the cure, not just the payment. For me, that makes all the difference
I developed pain in my right hip area that was not allowing me to do everyday activities. I tried physical therapy and injections before coming here. It took both Dr. Galbraith and myself a lot of patience and time but we finally achieved our goal. I am almost pain free! Hubby fell thru a porch while working and tore his meniscus. Dr. Worked with him and it healed without surgery and now he has very little problems with that knee. .
Dr. Brandon has went above & beyond the call of duty for my husband, Dave. Can't say enough about him....5 stats for sure!!!
