There was a fraudulent Proactive charge to my credit card. We cancelled the charge but they kept sending us to collections. We tried speaking with customer service and even mailing a hand written letter and it made no difference. I eventually paid the charge to stop collections from bothering us even though I had never ordered Proactive in the first place. Horrible customer service, I would NOT recommend dealing with this brand.
