Genelle Smith was an excellent and helpful realtor, specialized in out of state moves, who made our process of moving a lot easier and smoother than expected. She gave us options of listings that fit our needs, a live tour of the apartment we were interested in, and even followed up after we moved. I highly recommend Genelle if you're moving from out of state!

Rebecca was a huge help with selling our house. Gary and Genelle were our property managers for a few years and did a splendid job until it was time to sell it. We needed to do some renovations and they took care of that too. We hired them as our realtors and they sold it within a month and helped throughout the process.
I am highly disappointed with the experience I had with this company. I applied for a rental home and met the criteria posted to qualify. There was minimal communication from the agent regarding my application. I was denied via text, not even the decency of a call only to be told the truth, that the owners preferred a couple move into the home vs. my being a singe person even though again I qualified!
