Gary Layne at Proactive Real Estate Services was a fantastic realtor, we truly could not have asked for anyone better or as amazing. My A/C went out during one of the hottest weekends of the summer, so I submitted a maintenance request first thing Monday morning and called later that day to follow up. The Proactive team was very responsive, especially Tania, who listened to my concerns, connected me with my property manager, and helped make sure a technician came to my apartment later that evening. I really appreciated their willingness to hear my concerns, take the issue seriously, and act quickly to get the maintenance request resolved.

I would not recommend doing business with this property management company. Frank and Victor were extremely unprofessional throughout my experience. Contracts were not properly honored, serious concerns like mold, pests, odor from the hvac system were ignored, and communication was consistently poor. After moving out, packages addressed to me were opened, yet no one would provide answers about who accessed them. Instead of addressing tenant concerns responsibly, issues were brushed aside.
