I was a tenant of Proactive for just over 4 years. Always paid my rent early, never had a complaint against me. When the time came for them to return my last month rent, I had to jump through hoops and follow up just about every day for two weeks. It wasn’t until the mention of my lawyer that my money was finally returned to me. Extremely disappointed in how I was treated
My worst renting experience ever. They never got back to me for the concerns that were present from day 1 in the rental unit. They caused me so much stress that i feel trapped in their property. They don't resolve the issues and they don't let you end the tenancy. It has been the worst decision i've ever made.
The Proactive Property Management team has been incredible! Specially Michaela, Stuart and James. They’re always one step ahead, resolving issues quickly and ensuring our rental experience is smooth. Their communication is prompt and their service is professional. Highly recommend them for their dedication and efficiency - Thankyou for making our stay so comfortable!
