Poor communication and follow through: We called them to come trap a groundhog for us. They did not explain how their pricing worked and charged us an additional two times (after the initial fee) without informing us or getting consent to store our card details on file. They broke the lattice around our deck while removing their live trap. They failed to come when they said they would and we had to call twice to get someone out to collect the trap. Proactive Pest was fantastic from 2019 through the Greenix buy out in March 2025. Since it's become Greenix all the usual guys I've worked with are gone, they take forever to come out if there is an emergency now, and they can't keep their calendar straight for services. Mosquito services should be once a month, worked like a charm when it was Proactive, but Greenix were trying to schedule it every 10 days, then when I asked for them to stop until a specific date, they never came back.
