We had a great experience with Proactive. Kenny provided excellent advise and information about how to minimizes roaches at our house, and helped us with non-pesticide solutions.
Proactive was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law, The Phillips. At Thanksgiving, I had my family for dinner. I was so embarassed for anyone to eat at my house. It seemed that the only visitors that really had a feast were the german roaches. Enough was enough. They recommended Jeff, with Proactive. The owner is a great guy!
A few weeks ago I had Dan, the owner of Proactive Pest and Lawn ,come to my house to provide a termite service. He called me very soon after I requested a quote online. He scheduled the same week and was on time the day of service. He personally came out and inspected my entire house and basement, showed me by pictures where I needed to make some repairs of items he found while looking for termite damage.
