I called and spoke to Lynn and he was very professional and understanding. You buy software on their website, pay immediately with PayPal and either get nothgin (a 404 page when PayPal sends you back to their website), or they say that it may take up to 72 hours until you get your download. That is not acceptable nowadays, competitors are able to deliver immediately after payment (which is instant with PayPal). In their FAQ they suggest to contact support if one needs their product urgently, but after 16 hours the ticket still reads as "unassigned". Not recommended at all.
