Dr.Nelson and his staff are very polite and Dr.Nelson is very patient but the wait time is absolutely horrible
Dr. Nelson and staff is very cordial nice and they get you in and out at a certain time which I like you don't have to wait long if you get there on time then your schedule will be on time and I really love when the staff talks to you and the doctor talk to you if you have any questions that you may have they will explain it to you and that's what I love about dr. Nelson and his staff they are good people

Dr. Nelson was really nice and great advice. The staff was really great friendly happy spirited people very nice everyone.
The staff made us feel at home , it was a pleasant experience, the Doctor was � awesome !
Staff and Dr. Nelson are very nice and friendly but the wait time to be seen has usually taken between 45min - 1hr with appointment regardless if I had an 8am appointment. Lastly and the finally straw for this bad review is the billing department for ProActive. We prepaid for service then got a bill later. The $500+ we prepaid was not on the bill, called to correct and pay any debts. Never got a call back but received another bill with the same amount owed but had our prepaid amount scattered in as credits (those credits wer... read more
