If you want successful recovery from injury or surgery while also looking forward to coming to physical therapy, then I highly recommend ProAction Physical Therapy. I’ve gone to PT at a few other places in the past but once I found ProAction and Dawn, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. GET YOUR BIKE FITTING HERE!! I’ve competed in a significant triathlon for each of the last 4 years, including the 2016 Coeur d’Alene Ironman. While I had a decent fitting from my bike shop for each stroke of the 1,000s of miles of training my left leg/knee would flare out like a chicken wing. I’m pushed through, but there was pain.
