Had a great experience with this company. Not only did they come out to look they also did the work same day. The price was great. I recommend this company five stars. Will be calling in the spring.
This company is a SCAM they do not care or put down poison. They came to my house charged my mother 400 dollars for "invisible" poison for 1 rodent, DID NOT service the whole house and Pam was rude and lied multiple times. They won't come back nor explain to her what services. Beware of Proaction, please choose another company.
So nice (and rare) to deal with a great company that knows what it is doing in business. Responded in a timely manner, effective solution, fair pricing, very talented and courtesy technician (Matthew). Only sorry I wasted time calling three other places first that were of no help or even responded. STAY LOCAL is a good credo when looking for services.
