Just called to ask about replacing deck boards. They advertise "deck board replacement" on Google Maps. Staff told me they do not replace deck boards. I replied so y'all advertise that you replace deck boards but you actually don't?" Staff replied, I don't know what we advertise. I replied that if I were in her position I would have said thanks for bringing that to my attention, and have a great day! Not friendly, not trustworthy.

I had Pro Woodcare come out to protect my deck and I am thoroughly pleased with the work they did. The crew that was out doing the work did a fantastic job, and you can really tell they have good attention to detail. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

The entire Pro Woodcare staff has been wonderful to work with. From our timely estimate, scheduling, cleaning, sanding and staining we are very happy with our Pro Woodcare experience! They were able to meet our time line and the results are amazing. The crew worked on some very hot and humid days and were always courteous and professional! I highly recommend Pro Wood Care for your wooden deck, gazebo or fence cleaning and refinishing.
