We called this company to remove an ice dam. We had water pouring into our house. They said they would come out first thing the next day. They never showed up and never called. We called them and left several messages and they never returned our calls. We end up having to call some one else, but now we have had water pouring in for two days instead of one. We ended up going with The Ice Dam Guys who have same day service. They cost more that Pro Window , but at least they showed up.
I called Pro Window Cleaning for an ice dam removal. I told them my house was leaking water and this was an emergency. They told me they could fit me in the schedule but not until the following day and that I would need to put down a deposit on my credit card. I moved forward supplying all the necessary information. They did not show up at the agreed time the next afternoon. I called them and had to leave a message inquirying where they were. No call back.
