My husband and I can NOT be more thankful for the service and prifessionalism. First time riders of the Katy, 10 miles out we had a few broken spokes and a wheel that was unridable. One phone call to these guys and we were immediately put at ease. Not only did they fix the issue, we got an education on the why of our issue and basic preventative measures. Forever grateful for their service!!!
I've stopped here three times over the years, and even though I'm a non local customer, buying only little things, the owner is always helpful and polite, a really nice guy. Wish it was one of my LBS's.
