I was planning to go to KC to a bike shop but after hearing great things about Pro Velo, decided to check it out. All the good things I heard were true and more. Ebby made me (a novice rider) feel right at home, answered all my questions in great detail, and set me up with everything I need to get on the trail. If you need a bike repaired or need a new bike, you have to go to Pro Velo! They will not disappoint.
Great shop with outstanding customer service! Would recommend to anyone looking for any bikes/service in the central Missouri area.
They took care of my bike and explained things that I could do myself that would keep my bike rolling smoothly.
Best customer service I've ever seen in the bike world. Went in with old and came out with new! Bike trail ready, and rode 15 miles. Love my bike so much, thanks Ebby, see you soon for more accessories :)
Ordered a bike from Ebby. Was told the bike would be here Wed and he would call me. Did not hear anything from him so I called but they were already closed (no voicemail). Sent him a email asking why he didn't bother to call and let me know if the bike came in or not. It is now Thurs at 4:30 pm and I still have not heard from him. Poor customer service. Will buy a bike elsewhere.
